The role
The purpose of the role is to deliver a Rolls Royce service to our clients, taking full responsibility for running the search process for assigned client work, and acting as a bridge between the commercial and delivery functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Attending client calls and briefings
- Working with Partners, Consultants and Delivery team on search strategy
- Writing briefs and job descriptions
- Researching and sourcing potential candidates from our database and external sources
- Speaking with potential candidates, explain the role in detail, influence and establish interest, and assess suitability for the role
- Ensuring effective and authoritative responses to detailed candidate questions
- Developing positioning maps, target lists, briefing sheets and proposal documents
- Building, populating and refining search lists
- Preparing profiles and candidate reports
- Collating weekly status reports and deliver assignment milestones on time
- Collating and providing the candidate briefing pack to the candidate post ORESA interview and pre client. Briefing and de-briefing candidates for client interview as required
- Researching companies and gather strategic information including building organisational structure maps
- Proactively developing relationships with candidates and clients, and identifying business development and candidate opportunities post-assignment
- Source and present candidates for contingency and interim roles
- Inputting all relevant information onto the internal database with support from the admin team.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong recruitment background and experience in fulfilment of client assignments
- A qualification, ideally at degree level
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Articulate, with the ability to tailor content for a C-suite audience
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, with strong planning and organisational skills
- An ability to work independently to tight deadlines; highly proactive and self-motivated
- Committed to continual improvement
- Technical proficiency, particularly with database management
- Curiosity and passion for the technology, fashion and consumer industries is an advantage
- A strong drive for self-improvement and the confidence to articulate issues and opportunities
