Founder & CEO
Orlando founded ORESA in 2008 and has 17 years experience in search. Previously he founded a digital property start up, and worked in numerous consumer led businesses.
Leandro Martins
Client Director
Leandro manages assignments and projects across retail and technology. With nine years experience of working with founders and CEOs to evaluate their structure, he has completed projects for fast growth and blue chip businesses.
Jodi MacDougall
Senior Associate
Has 17 years experience of recruiting Board to Senior leaders across fashion, consumer and public sector. Prior to this she worked in project management and technical roles within ecommerce and digital.
Zoe Jordan
PA to CEO
Zoe is Executive Assistant to ORESA’s CEO, Orlando. A highly experience EA, prior to joining ORESA Zoe has worked across a range of sectors, including publishing, the arts, retail and luxury property development.
Karly Olsen-Haveland
Executive Development Consultant
Karly is our Organisation Development specialist and Executive coach. She supports ORESA with key transformation and organisational design projects. Her career includes roles at BT, PWC and latterly Head of OD for Google EMEA.
