Orlando Martins

Founder & CEO

Orlando founded ORESA in 2008 and has 17 years experience in search. Previously he founded a digital property start up, and worked in numerous consumer led businesses.

Leandro Martins

Client Director

Leandro manages assignments and projects across retail and technology. With nine years experience of working with founders and CEOs to evaluate their structure, he has completed projects for fast growth and blue chip businesses.

Jodi MacDougall

Senior Associate

Has 17 years experience of recruiting Board to Senior leaders across fashion, consumer and public sector. Prior to this she worked in project management and technical roles within ecommerce and digital.

Laura Gonzalez

HR Manager

Laura’s experience includes strategic, generalist and advisory HR, learning and development and cultural change. Prior to joining ORESA, Laura worked in a variety of organisations, both in strategic and operational roles.

Karly Olsen-Haveland

Executive Development Consultant

Karly is our Organisation Development specialist and Executive coach. She supports ORESA with key transformation and organisational design projects. Her career includes roles at BT, PWC and latterly Head of OD for Google EMEA.

Alexa Fryer

Marketing Manager

Alexa supports the ORESA team as Commercial and Marketing Project Manager. She has 15 years in fashion retail and music ecommerce roles at companies including Topshop, Universal Music and Alexander McQueen.

Will King

Analyst

Will supports the team through the provision of market insight and intelligence. He’s a recent graduate of the University of Nottingham where he studied Physics.

Zoe Jordan

PA to CEO

Zoe is Executive Assistant to ORESA’s CEO, Orlando. A highly experience EA, prior to joining ORESA Zoe has worked across a range of sectors, including publishing, the arts, retail and luxury property development.

Amy Dick

Senior Consultant

Amy brings a wealth of Consumer knowledge and experience, having previously worked for large multi-national companies. Responsible for leading Board and Director level appointments as well as Business Development, she is focussed on delivering extraordinary talent that would often sit below the radar.

Akhil George

Community and Marketing Manager

Akhil George, serving as the Marketing Manager at Oresa and Growth Index, has a background in the start-up and scaleup ecosystem. He primarily takes a community-oriented approach to marketing strategies. Akhil also possesses a varied media experience. Furthermore, he is the founder of Howling Press, a magazine and networking forum dedicated to post-modern writers.
