About the Role

The purpose of the EA role is to provide high quality, professional and organised executive support to the CEO at ORESA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Executive support including client and candidate liaison and relationship management
  • Diary management and meeting and event planning, preparation and follow-up
  • Reporting and administrative tasks such as note-taking and travel booking
  • Using and managing systems and databases
  • Planning and project management including tracking and following-up on actions.

The role is varied and allows the successful candidate to learn, broaden their business knowledge and be involved in commercial sales, marketing and business development.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience supporting a CEO/Founder or Executive
  • A professional business manner with excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills
  • An ability to work flexibly and independently to tight deadlines; highly proactive, resilient, tenacious, productive and self-motivated
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy with strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including a good understanding of relational databases
  • Awareness of the need to be discreet and tactful to maintain confidentiality.

The role requires the candidate to have their own transport, ability to drive and flexibility to travel.
